The Tranfer Credit Analyst/Assistant Registrar reports to the Assistant Vice President/College Registar in the Office of the Registrar. The position is responsible for applying transfer credit analysis skills to assess academic credit for degree progress and to determine course equivalency from transcript analysis. Must maintain and update articulation agreements. Responsible for software updates and having a more active role in maintaining updates and changes from Community Colleges and Universities in collaboration with the Admissions Transfer Articulation Officer and Department Chairs. As well as creating new transfer agreements with accredited Community Colleges and Universities.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
Must have 1-2 years experience in Higher Education
Must have experience with Student Information Systems
Must be knowledgable with policies and procedures of transferable credit
Must be knowledgable with creating and running reports
Must have experience with Microsoft and Google software
Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
Experience working in Student Records is a plus
Salary Description 65,000
