ob Summary
The Division of Business seeks qualified applicants to teach a four-four semester course load in Accounting. Course responsibilities will include Principles of Accounting, Intermediate Accounting I, Advanced Accounting, and Elementary Cost Accounting in the fall semester. Principles of Accounting (two sections), Intermediate Accounting II, and Governmental Accounting will be the teaching load for the spring.

Employment would begin in August 2024 at the rank of Instructor. An earned bachelor’s degree (M.S.) in accounting, CPA certification, and 3 to five years of teaching experience are required.

Duties and responsibilities of the position include:
1) teach 12 credit hours per semester;
2) advise Accounting majors; and
3) participate in service activities for the Department, University, their discipline, and the community.

Minimum Qualifications
· The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA certification, and three to five year’s experience in teaching undergraduate students.
