JOB SUMMARY:

The Donor Development Representative is responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with current and future donors of all sizes from individuals to foundations to corporate support.

The position cultivates and identifies donors that have a passion for LRSC while at the same time building on the relationships of commitments of current alumni, friends, and donors. This role will work with the Foundation team to develop and implement successful fundraising initiatives and strategies.

This position will retain and increase contributions, maintain positive relationships, and advance donors' commitment to Lake Region State College's mission.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree or equivalent experience, bachelor’s degree preferred; Experience in managing multiple projects and/or campaigns; Prior experience in sales or fundraising; A solid understanding of finances and budgeting; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to travel when required; Experience in databases; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Outstanding attention to detail.

SALARY: $70,150 - $77,160; salary is based on experience plus excellent benefit package
