Overview
We are looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Computer Technician III who will provide comprehensive technical support within the Sorenson Center for Clinical Excellence, a complex HIPAA-compliant clinical environment. Opportunities for training and growth are available.

Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
Assisting with system upgrades; and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
The technician will support clinical workforce members by configuring, deploying, tracking, and properly disposing of devices; managing user accounts; and providing technical support and instruction across various Windows and Mac platforms while ensuring adherence to HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education plus experience is required
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, IOS and Android) and software applications (e.g., MS Office, antivirus programs)
A+, Network+, or similar certification
Knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and security of electronic protected health information (ePHI)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills
