The Department of Information Systems and Operations Management invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning August 2025.
Responsibilities include teaching nine credit hours each fall and spring semester in the following subjects; logistics and supply chain management, operations management, project management, quality management, and simulation and optimization. Assignments may include undergraduate and graduate courses, which may be delivered online, synchronously, or asynchronously.
Other responsibilities include supporting the logistics and supply chain management center for excellence and possibly acting as the center director.

Job Function:

The Department of Information Systems and Operations Management invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning August 2025.
Responsibilities include teaching nine credit hours each fall and spring semester in the following subjects; logistics and supply chain management, operations management, project management, quality management, and simulation and optimization. Minimum Experience:

Earned doctorate degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related area from an AACSB Accredited college of business; ABD near completion will be considered but degree must be completed by date of appointment.
Research: Evidence of an active research agenda within a related field.
Teaching: At least one semester (four months) of teaching experience at the university level within related fields.

Preferred Experience:

Business experience in the field of operations management, quality management, and supply chain management; experience in managing research center or lab, and experience in providing high-quality instruction in on campus and on-line settings.
At least one semester (four months) of innovative teaching experience at the university level, and a genuine interest in sustainable supply chain management and business as a force for good are preferred.
