The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a board certified or board eligible full-time generalist Physician. Candidates should have an interest in medical and resident student teaching, developing an active clinical practice, and other research academic activities. This position will be 100% clinical teaching. The rank of appointment (Instructor/Assistant/Associate) is open and will be commensurate with the experience and professional accomplishments of the selected applicant.

Essential Functions
Medical student and resident teaching.
Developing an active clinical practice.
Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses and seminars.
Attend meetings, participate in governance, prepare materials for teaching.
Evaluate and develop curriculum for department and/or college.
Serve as an academic adviser for students and evaluate student coursework.
Serve on college or university committees and participate in curriculum development activities.
Serve on graduate committees, supervise laboratories (where appropriate), independent study activities, and off-campus learning.
Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of his or her responsibilities.
Render service to the professional or lay community which is relevant to the individual's academic specialty.
Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.
Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Medical Degree (MD or DO).
Completion of a board-certified residency program and formal Fellowship training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Ohio medical license.
Board certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
Candidates will be expected to be fully boarded in both within five (5) years.
