Worksite Option
This position is required to be on-site.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires one year of relevant experience. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three months of experience in direct care.
Mobility to move about the general clinic and women’s clinic rapidly to accommodate patient flow and perform necessary duties in a confined office space, must be able to function at computer station, with telephone and standing for long periods in confined spaces.
Assist patients who are fainting by giving physical support to prevent injury and/or assist in lifting or moving a client.
Physical ability to perform CPR as necessary, until relieved by other staff or paramedics.
Transport heavy objects up to 50lbs (moderate physical exertion) and transport patients via wheelchair.
Other Requirements:
Must be licensed as a CNA or MA and have a current BLS certification.
Complete internal certification for prep and sterilization of medical equipment within 60 days of employment.
Complete Pulmonary Function Testing certification within 6 months of employment and re-certification annually.
